Compassionate Care Partners (CCP) provides personalized support designed around each individual’s needs, personality, routines, safety, dignity, and quality of life. Our goal is to give families confidence that their loved one is supported by a caregiver who is thoughtfully matched to them.
Our Services
In-Home Respite Care
Professional in-home respite care gives family caregivers time to rest, recharge, attend appointments, work, or manage other responsibilities while their loved one receives attentive and respectful support in a familiar environment.
Personal Assistance
Individualized assistance with everyday activities and routines to help people remain safe, comfortable, engaged, and supported at home and in their community.
Independent Living Services (ILS)
Practical, person-centered support focused on building and maintaining skills that promote independence, confidence, and participation in everyday life.
RCOC Respite Care
CCP is an approved respite care vendor with the Regional Center of Orange County (RCOC). Eligible families may ask their Service Coordinator to submit a referral to Compassionate Care Partners. Once we receive the referral, our team will contact the family and begin the intake and caregiver-matching process.
Serving Orange County Families
Our primary service areas include Laguna Niguel, Laguna Hills, Laguna Woods, Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Irvine, and San Clemente. Families in nearby Orange County communities are encouraged to contact us regarding availability.
Service hours: 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM. Overnight care may be available with advance notice, subject to staffing and individual needs.
